BendFilm is proud of their enthusiastic support from West Oregon businesses and is eager to champion these local brands throughout the festival. Eventive provides creative new ways to recognize sponsors on virtual screening pages and throughout the ticket-buying process, so local businesses now reach new audiences and demographics.Eventive allows organizers to add as much pre-roll as they want to their virtual screening playlist, allowing full ads for high-level sponsors, as well as festival bumpers and slides recognizing donors. Each virtual screening page also features clickable ad space. And footers may be customized with a collage of sponsor logos.

The BendFilm team leveraged Eventive’s new hybrid schedule to allow viewers to filter for in-person events or virtual screenings — and to allow those in Oregon to choose a bit of both!Eventive also enables organizations to choose from several default schedule views — and attendees may also filter screenings based on tags, which are entirely customizable. BendFilm tags films based on programming sections (such as narrative, documentary, short films and special events).

With Eventive, BendFilm is able to mix-and-match benefits to build membership deals that appeal to all types of moviegoers, including discounted festival passes and free tickets to some year-round cinema offerings.They also created a virtual library of content produced by festival alumni. Members may access all of these films for free, and the general public may buy tickets for individual screenings. BendFilm also monitors streaming analytics to assess the appeal of this benefit and to learn which particular films their members prefer.

BendFilm also created an event bucket in “year round mode” to present a weekly cinema schedule for the Tin Pan Theater and sell advance tickets online, greatly cutting down on long lines at the door.Eventive even offers a host of box office analytics for easy reporting to distributors, including the option to set up automatic revenue splits based on a percentage of sales.
