EVENTIVE PROVIDES TICKETING AND ONLINE SCREENING SERVICES FOR THE 2024 SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL

Eventive will streamline backend festival operations and provide audiences with immersive at-home entertainment viewing experiences.

MEMPHIS, November 30, 2023 – Eventive, the fastest-growing international platform for ticketing and streaming independent film, announced today that they will be the official provider of ticketing and screening services for the nonprofit Sundance Institute’s upcoming 2024 Sundance Film Festival. The Festival will take place, January 18 - 28, in person in Park City, Salt Lake City, Sundance Mountain Resort, Utah, along with a selection of films available online across the country from January 25 - 28.

Continuing a relationship that began with the 2023 edition, the Festival will access Eventive capabilities to streamline the management of all backend operational aspects for passes, packages, and single tickets – for online and in-person audiences. The Eventive platform will also power online streaming and on-the-ground services including ticketing, pass and package redemption, e-ticket delivery and scanning, waitlist ticketing, box office, and mobile balloting for audience awards.

Building on the previous year’s collaboration, Eventive technology will now support the 2024 Sundance Film Festival with Apple Pay and Google Pay capabilities and will again give online audiences the option to experience the festival in Dolby Atmos®, an immersive audio experience. Further, the festival will incorporate Eventive TV apps for a complete Sundance custom-branded viewing experience across multiple OTT platforms including Apple TV, Roku, Google TV and Amazon Fire.
