With Eventive’s pass rules, Fantastic Fest offers different levels of access to different passholders, and they may also limit passholders to one film per time block with the click of a button.Fantastic Fest even collects photos for badges as part of the checkout process, keeping all of the info on their passholders in one place and ensuring passes are not shared among attendees.

Using custom tags imported from a spreadsheet, Fantastic Fest helps their audience members hone in on their future faves. Sci-fi + funny + sharks? You got it! These tags may be visible or hidden to users, making it easy to create rules around specific tags.Given the awesome imagery available for festival selections, Fantastic Fest chose to use the posters for the default schedule view, but attendees may choose instead to see a daily schedule or list of films with one-liners.

Each day, the Fantastic Fest team may check their Eventive dashboard to track everything from pass sales to streaming analytics, with stats that constantly refresh. On top of that, a full suite of reports – everything from box office splits to passholder usage – is available for those eager to take a deeper dive into the festival finances and audience behavior.While analytics are essential to monitoring sales leading up to the festival, they can also help answer questions about how to improve scheduling, pricing and programming for your next festival.
