After hosting their first ninety virtual events and nearly forty drive-in screenings without a hitch, the organization eagerly began building additional festivals on the platform. Heartland Film now presents HIFF, the Indy Shorts Film Festival, Merry Movie Nights, Best of Fest, advance studio screenings and educational programming.Each of these programs has its own event bucket, but Heartland Film has set up passholder and member benefits that apply across all events. This allows them to keep the branding, schedule, finances and data for each program separate, while allowing their most loyal attendees to enjoy easy access to everything under the Heartland Film umbrella.

With just a few clicks, Heartland Film migrated their loyal member data into Eventive, where they were easily able to automate membership benefits. These benefits could be applied across all of the programs Heartland Film offers, including discounts on festival passes.It is easy to update the benefits on the fly to grant members free or discounted access to newly added programs, giving the Heartland Film team the flexibility they need to keep the membership program vibrant.

It was essential that the Heartland Film team have one source of truth for information about their programming, attendance and member data. The team could also set up weekly and daily reports, so everyone had the daily festival snapshot they needed.With the ability to grant different levels of access to different roles, Eventive allows the marketing, programming, membership and box office teams to all work in one dashboard together while maintaining control over their own areas.
